The board has approved a renewal contract with First Service our management company which will cost the Community at least $167,700 more - a 25% increase!
WORSE it has opened ended clauses such as the Community paying for
First Service employee bonuses and raises which will mean future costs to the community!!! Therefore, we do not even know what per centage increase this new contract will cost us!!
Sal Pirrera came to Four Seasons in July of 2021. Since then many of the vendors have been replaced at huge increases in cost!
Shore Cleaning started July 2022
Prior to the hiring of Michael Alejandro in Jan of 2022 the Four Seasons had a full time engineer who hired part-time people to help him perform the maintenance. His salary is in the First Service group along with Michael Alejandro. This maintenance chart is only for the extra people and then Shore Cleaning.
