Cell Tower

The board was asked at an open board meeting if the residents' would be voting on the cell tower and the reply was the board would decide. This goes against the community's governing documents.

Solar Panels

The board is investigating the installation of solar panels. At this time it is unknown whether the community residences will be voting on this project.

Removing Night Gate

Guard

The board just announced that they are contemplating removing the gate guard. It is unknown at this time if the community will vote on this issue.
