At the April 10, 2025 Open Board Meeting I discussed several irregularities in our Financials including journal entries which resulted in the $75,000 payment to New Jersey American Irrigation that was made in January 2025 being moved to a general ledger account that does not appear in our Financials. As a result our Financials show Zero capital expenditures were made through February 2025 when in reality this $75,000 expenditure was made.
My question to Dan was who was telling the bookkeeper to make these entries. Dan would not say.
The Board was adamant in their desire to create a procedure to destroy documents. Even though I have the right to appeal the Judiciary decision they would not table the vote until the appeal was heard.
What are they trying to hide?
Notice that Sal tells the board that a Resolution is not appealable which is not true. Also he orders the Board to take the vote NOW!
What is Sal trying to hide? What documents is he looking to destroy?
Sal Pirrera came to Four Seasons in July of 2021. Since then many of the vendors have been replaced at huge increases in cost!

2025 Deceptive Budget Does not show a loss even though there is a loss!
Dan Pagano and Erma Hoover admitted that the Board Budget was deceptive because the snow fund, insurance fund and capital fund reductions were included as income when they are not. Taking these amounts out result in a loss when the budget the board passed misrepresents that there is no loss!!!!
